Whether you are presenting live or using the pre-recorded presentation , please be available for Q/A at the end of your presentation. Please include contact information of all authors at the end of your presentation slides and pre-recorded presentation.

Slack Channel

ISQED is using the Slack platform for communication between authors, session moderators, and committee members. Please join slack using the link provided to your before. We recommend installing Slack app in your mobile phone and/or PC and pay close attention to messages by the conference organizers and session chairs in case of any disruptions.

In order to facilitate communication, when you join Slack, edit your profile and change your display name to include paper number, and your role at the conference. For example if John Doe is presenting paper 1A.9 then the format should be: 1A.9_Speaker_John_Doe

if John Doe is author of paper 1A.9 but not presenting the paper the format should be: 1A.9_Author_John_Doe

If presenting more than one paper, then include all of them in series, chronologically.

Similar naming convention to be used for session moderators such as 1A_Chair_John_Doe

Please use slack channel assigned to your session to communicate with your session moderators. before and during the event.

Contacting Session Chairs

Contact your session chairs either via Slack (see above) or directly by email. Let them know if you have any questions about your paper presentation or any other information regarding the event.
