Conference and Tutorials Registration
Please note carefully that there are two methods for registration. The first method is by on-line registration which is the preferred method since it is fast and efficient. The second method, the Mail-In or FAX method, is more appropriate if you are planning to pay using check (but can also be used when you pay by credit card or company purchase order). In this method, you should print and fill out the registration form and send it along with the check to the address provided on the form. If you are paying by credit card make sure to provide the name of the card holder as appears on the card and the accurate billing address. Also to ensure your registration you need to make sure your credit card number and expiration date is entered correctly otherwise you might not qualified for the advance registration rate. If you are planning to register by wiring money then contact ISQED for wiring information. Please do not hesitate to email isqed2012@ ISQED.org if you run into any problem. Payment of the Technical Session registration fee entitles the registrant to one copy of the conference proceedings , Monday evening Panel, Wednesday lunch Panel, and entrance to all technical sessions. Technical Session registration alone does not include entrance to the tutorials and workshops.
* This option should be only used if you are a full time university student. You need to provide the student ID#, and university contact information. ISQED will contact the university to confirm.

Payment of the workshop/tutorials registration fee entitles the registrant to entrance to all tutorials and one copy of the workbook, which includes all the slides.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Requests for cancellation or refund must be received
before March 5th, 2012. A $50.00 processing fee will be
withheld from all refunds.
