The 28th International Symposium on Quality Electronic Design (ISQED'27) is a premier interdisciplinary conference dedicated to advancing the quality, reliability, security, and innovation of electronic and semiconductor system design. For nearly three decades, ISQED has served as a unique forum bringing together researchers, designers, technologists, tool developers, semiconductor manufacturers, packaging and test engineers, and industry leaders to address the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of electronic systems. ISQED promotes a holistic view of design quality by fostering collaboration across the entire semiconductor ecosystem—from system architecture and design automation to device technology, manufacturing, packaging, integration, and testing. The symposium has consistently received technical sponsorship from IEEE societies, including IEEE CASS and IEEE EDS, with cooperation from ACM/SIGDA. All accepted papers are published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library and indexed by major scholarly databases, including Scopus.
